Weyer |
| UW -Whitwater's Justine Weyer has been selected as the NCGA West Gymnast of the Month for January 2008. Weyer was impressive in the All-around at each meet this young season, with her vault leading the way. Her constant strong performances on Uneven Bars and Floor Exercise give her an incredible start and finish. Weyer is undoubtedly leading the surging Warhawks on to the National scene, currently ranked 4th in Division III Gymnastics with the second highest score logged through the month of January. Jenn White, head coach of the Warhawks, insists that Justine has not reached her full potential, even though she has posted a 9.7 on Vault and a 9.675 on the uneven bars this season. |  |

Wiesner |
| SUNY Cortland's Brittany Wiesner has been selected as the NCGA East Gymnast of the Month for January 2008. Wiesner a senior who has led Cortland on Balance Beam for 4 years is now making claims on every event. In Brittany's 3 meets, she has only scored less than a 9.4 three times. Cortland's Head Coach, Gary Babjack, states that, "Wiesner has been a great leader in and out of the gym, constantly pushing herself and her teammates to be better each meet." Brittany has posted a 37.525 all-around average in her first three competitions.. |  |
